Dash Camera$15.00 per hour which includes the actual time to locate, compile, manipulate data, and reproduce the requested information. 
Body Worn Camera$10.00 per recording responsive to the request for information and $1.00 per minute of body worn camera video or audio footage responsive to the request for information, if identical information has not already been obtained by a member of the public in response to a request for information. 


If estimated costs exceed $100, the City may require a bond, prepayment, or deposit.

NOTE: Sales tax is not applicable to public records. There may be a service charge for debit and credit card transactions. 

If a requestor believes they have been overcharged, they may file a complaint with the Attorney General. The complaint must be submitted within 10 business days after the requestor knows of the occurrence of the alleged overcharge.
